You must be at least 18 years of age to use the king platform. At the time of registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, and you may be required to submit valid documentation for identity verification when requested. If you access the platform from outside Bangladesh, it is entirely your responsibility to comply with local laws. Accessing the platform from countries where online gaming is prohibited is strictly forbidden. king reserves the right to verify age or identity at any time, and if any information is found to be false, the account will be immediately closed. Each individual may operate only one account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and never share it with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the king support team immediately. Transferring, selling, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. king reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected. If you wish to close your account, contact the support team and the account will be deleted after any outstanding balance has been settled.
All financial transactions on the king platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For deposits and withdrawals, you must use a payment method registered in your own name only. Using third-party accounts or payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Withdrawal processing typically takes 1–5 business days, and payments may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed. Where applicable, bank or payment gateway charges may apply to transactions and will be borne by the user. king reserves the right to immediately cancel any suspicious or fraudulent transactions upon detection.
All users on the king platform must participate honestly and fairly. Any form of cheating, manipulation, use of bots, or gaining unfair advantages through software assistance is strictly prohibited. Harassing, insulting, or attempting to harm other users will result in permanent account closure. Intentionally exploiting any technical glitches or bugs on the platform is prohibited, and such incidents should be reported to the support team immediately. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action. king reserves the right to investigate any suspicious behavior and, if necessary, notify the relevant authorities.
The king platform provides services on an "as is" basis, and no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service is given. king will not be held liable for any losses arising from technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity disruptions. king's liability is also limited with respect to issues caused by third-party payment gateways or service providers. Any losses resulting from a user's own negligence or provision of incorrect information are entirely the user's responsibility. king's maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount held in the user's account. king will not be obligated to provide any compensation if services are disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
King reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes via their registered email or through platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Users are advised to visit this page regularly at their own discretion to stay informed of any updates. The latest version of the terms will always be published on this page, and older versions will automatically be considered void.
